Jaime is a dedicated Wayilwan woman from Central West NSW, with a robust 25-year career spanning finance and accounting within the healthcare sector. Her expertise covers not-for-profit, government, and commercial organisations, with a strong background in budgeting, financial and management accounting, project and risk management, corporate services, and leadership. Based in Bathurst, NSW, Jaime is a CPA member and leads with a focus on enhancing wellness and service provision in rural and remote communities.

Her passion for Closing the Gap initiatives drives her role as Chair of her organisation’s Cultural Safety Governance Committee, where she works to ensure culturally safe practices for Indigenous and disadvantaged populations in NSW. Jaime is committed to empowering women, particularly in leadership roles, and supports the education and basic needs of women and children. She is a role model for her teenage daughter, and her values resonate deeply with the Global Women Peace Foundation, making her a proud and impactful Board Member.

Robyn Cleggett

Robyn is a highly accomplished Human Resource Leadership professional with extensive experience in the field. Robyn has worked with multi-national companies across a wide range of industries including, Mining, Oil & Gas, Higher Education, Information Technology, and most recently over sixteen years in the International Development field. Country Experience includes Australia, Belgium, Canada, Cambodia, Fiji, France, Luxemburg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, United Kingdom, United States, Vanuatu and Vietnam.

Throughout her career, Robyn has been dedicated to empowering women and fostering inclusive environments. Her extensive experience as a Human Resource Management professional in the International Development field equipped her with the strategic vision and leadership skills necessary to drive impactful initiatives. Robyn has had direct international experience in projects related to ending violence against women and improving livelihoods for women. Her ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and navigate complex challenges has been a cornerstone of her professional journey.

The Global Women Peace Foundation’s mission to champion women’s rights and promote peaceful resolutions aligns deeply with Robyn’s personal and professional values and she is driven by the belief that empowering women is essential for building sustainable and peaceful communities.

Reshma is an experienced Risk Specialist in Data, AI, Security, and Technology. She holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and is a Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE). She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and has over 25 years of experience working in Australia and New Zealand.

Passionate about empowering women, she currently serves as the Diversity Director at ISACA Melbourne Chapter Board, overseeing the ISACA Foundation and SheLeadsTech initiatives. Reshma also contributes as a Subject Matter Expert Reviewer for ISACA’s CDPSE Manual and regularly writes for blogs, podcasts, and magazines.

Josie is a prominent voice for aspiring female entrepreneurs, serving as CEO of the Neuroscience Excellence Academy for Women and a Master Practitioner Coach and Mentor. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions where she managed financial strategies and helped organizations grow. Rebecca is passionate about empowering women to achieve their full potential. Currently, she serves as an advisory board member for the Global Women Peace Foundation. By contributing to this foundation, Rebecca aims to help women around the world build better futures for themselves and their communities.

Shailina Dholasaniya

Shailina Dholasaniya is an accomplished finance professional with over 15 years of experience in financial management, leadership, and strategic planning. Her career spans various industries, including manufacturing, construction, automotive, and retail. Currently, she serves as Head of Finance at DCB, where she leads a team managing financial functions across Australia and an overseas supplier network. Previously, as a Finance Manager for EPSA, she oversaw multi-million-dollar budgets, enhanced reporting processes, and partnered with business units to ensure financial integrity and growth. Her earlier roles include Senior Regional Accountant at Cummins, where she streamlined global financial operations, and Senior Financial & Management Accountant at Camec Pty Ltd, where she spearheaded profitability initiatives and financial reporting.

Shailina is a CPA with a Master’s in Practicing Accounting and has furthered her education with courses from Harvard University on Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies. Her technical proficiency spans a wide range of systems, including Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and Oracle. In addition to her professional roles, Shailina is an active volunteer as Head of Finance for Social Development Inc., where she manages financial reporting, budgeting, and donor relations. Her commitment to financial excellence and her collaborative approach makes her a valuable asset to any advisory board.
